Mae\u2019n effeithio ar sut rydym yn meddwl, yn teimlo ac yn gweithredu. Mae iechyd meddwl da a lles yr un mor bwysig ag iechyd corfforol da. Yn yr un modd ag iechyd corfforol, gall iechyd meddwl amrywio ar draws sbectrwm o iach i salwch a gall amrywio o ddydd i ddydd a newid dros amser.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beth sy&#039;n helpu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ymhlith y pethau a all helpu i gadw plant a phobl ifanc i fod yn iach yn feddyliol mae:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bod mewn iechyd corfforol da, bwyta diet cytbwys a chael ymarfer corff yn rheolaidd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cael amser a rhyddid i chwarae, dan do ac yn yr awyr agored<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bod yn rhan o deulu sy&#039;n dod ymlaen yn dda y rhan fwyaf o&#039;r amser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mynd i ysgol sy\u2019n gofalu am les ei holl ddisgyblion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau lleol i bobl ifanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mae ffactorau eraill hefyd yn bwysig, gan gynnwys:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teimlo&#039;n gariadus, yn ymddiried ynddo, yn cael ei ddeall, yn cael ei werthfawrogi ac yn ddiogel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bod \u00e2 diddordeb mewn bywyd a chael cyfleoedd i fwynhau eu hunain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bod yn obeithiol ac yn obeithiol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gallu dysgu a chael cyfleoedd i lwyddo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>derbyn pwy ydyn nhw a chydnabod beth maen nhw&#039;n dda am ei wneud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cael ymdeimlad o berthyn yn eu teulu, ysgol a chymuned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teimlo bod ganddynt rywfaint o reolaeth dros eu bywyd eu hunain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cael y cryfder i ymdopi pan fydd rhywbeth o&#039;i le (gwydnwch) a&#039;r gallu i ddatrys problemau.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Beth sy&#039;n digwydd yn yr ysgol?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn yr ysgol, rydyn ni\u2019n addysgu plant am yr hyn y mae\u2019n ei olygu i gael iechyd meddwl da a lles ar draws ein cwricwlwm ac arfer dyddiol. Ein nod yw datblygu sgiliau cymdeithasol ac emosiynol plant trwy helpu plant i ddeall a rheoli eu meddyliau, eu teimladau a&#039;u hymddygiad ac adeiladu sgiliau sy&#039;n eu helpu i ffynnu, megis gweithio mewn t\u00eem, dyfalbarhad, a hunanymwybyddiaeth.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Beth os yw fy mhlentyn yn cael anawsterau gyda\u2019i iechyd meddwl a\u2019i les?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nid yw iechyd meddwl yn golygu bod yn hapus drwy&#039;r amser ac nid yw ychwaith yn golygu osgoi straen yn gyfan gwbl. Un o&#039;r ffyrdd pwysicaf o helpu&#039;ch plentyn yw gwrando arno a chymryd ei deimladau o ddifrif.<br>Mewn llawer o achosion, mae teimladau a phryderon negyddol plant a phobl ifanc fel arfer yn pasio gyda chefnogaeth eu rhieni a&#039;u teuluoedd. Mae\u2019n ddefnyddiol i\u2019r ysgol wybod beth mae\u2019n mynd drwyddo ar yr adegau hyn, er mwyn i staff fod yn ymwybodol a darparu cefnogaeth. Mae ymdopi ac addasu i rwystrau yn sgiliau bywyd hanfodol i blant, yn union fel y maent ar gyfer oedolion, ond mae&#039;n bwysig eu bod yn datblygu sgiliau ymdopi cadarnhaol yn hytrach na negyddol.<br>Os ydych chi byth yn poeni am iechyd meddwl a lles eich plentyn, yna dewch i siarad \u00e2 ni.
